What you will cover

We welcome any keen amateur who wants to replicate the coffee shop in their own home, or simply get the very best from their home brewing equipment. You will explore everything from selecting the right beans for your taste preference and machine to the very important, extraction theory and the science of espresso. We will learn how to texture milk and pour a latte heart before working through other drinks on the barista’s menu, and discussing tips to get the best out of any brew method.

We will also visit espresso and brewing culture around the globe, with some fun historical facts.

Workshops take place on Fridays from 1.30pm. Select your preferred date below.

There’s a maximum of 5 people per session to keep things intimate.

£35 per head also includes a bag of your favourite Horsebox coffee to take home.
